Deleting your account

You delete your account by exercising your right to erasure. Write to dpo@ipocamp.fr to make the request. We respond within one month, in accordance with the GDPR.

If you have an active subscription, remember to cancel it first (see the article "Canceling your subscription"). Deleting your account does not automatically stop an active subscription.

Important: deleting your account has no effect on certificates already issued. The registry in which a certificate is recorded is unalterable and remains publicly viewable, whether or not your account exists. That is precisely what gives it evidentiary value in a dispute.
