Finding a deposit you made

If you made a deposit without an account, open an account with the same email address to find it in your space. Also keep the certificate you received at the time of deposit.

If you have an account, your deposits and certificates can be found in your personal space at v2.ipocamp.io (or mda-data.v2.ipocamp.io for MDA-DATA subscribers). Check that you're signed in with the email address used at the time of deposit.

If you're unsure about a deposit you believe you made, contact our team from the Contact page with whatever details you have (approximate date, file name, email address).
