Your rights over your personal data

You have the standard rights provided under data protection regulation: access to and portability of your data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, objection to and withdrawal of your consent, restriction of processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, if our response doesn't satisfy you.

One point specific to the service: a certified fingerprint cannot be changed once timestamped — that's precisely what gives it evidentiary value. The right to rectification therefore applies to your account data, not to the content of proof already established.

To exercise any of these rights, write to dpo@ipocamp.fr. We respond within one month, in accordance with the regulation.
