The Individual, Independent Pro and Professional plans include Covéa legal protection for disputes over a creation already timestamped by Ipocamp. Covéa's legal experts first seek an amicable solution. If proceedings become necessary, your lawyer's fees are covered up to your plan's cap.

The cover applies after a three-month waiting period, provided your subscription has remained active without interruption since the creation was timestamped. Ipocamp is a broker registered with ORIAS (the French register of insurance intermediaries); exact terms are set out in the information notice.
